Common questions about tickets, accounts, and how Paperganza works
Paperganza is a platform for papercrafting events and community. We provide integrated ticketing, streaming, and bot-protected forums—all built specifically for the crafting community by the team behind Craft Roulette.

Each event on Paperganza has its own ticketing system with different ticket types and pricing. When you purchase a ticket:
- Secure payment through Stripe (credit cards, digital wallets, etc.)
- Instant confirmation via email with your ticket details
- Account access to event content, community forums, and streaming (if applicable)
- QR code for check-in at in-person events
Tickets are tied to your Paperganza account. You can view all your tickets in your dashboard.
Yes! Most events allow ticket transfers. To transfer a ticket:
- Go to your tickets dashboard
- Select the ticket you want to transfer
- Click "Transfer Ticket"
- Enter the recipient's email address
- They'll receive an email to accept the transfer
Note: Some event organizers may restrict transfers. Check the specific event's transfer policy.
If an event is cancelled by the organizer, all ticket holders will receive automatic refunds to their original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Important: Refunds are not available for events that are still scheduled to take place. Each event has its own refund policy—check the event details before purchasing.
For questions not answered here, we recommend:

2. Event-Specific Questions
Many events have dedicated discussion boards or session threads where you can ask the organizers and instructors directly.
3. Contact Support
For account issues, billing problems, or urgent matters, contact us directly.
Visit the password reset page and enter your email address. You'll receive a link to create a new password.
If you have a ticket for a virtual event:
- Log in to your Paperganza account
- Navigate to the event page
- Click "Watch Live" when the event is streaming
- Access recordings after sessions end (usually within 24-48 hours)
Your ticket gives you access to:
- Live HD streaming
- Real-time chat with other attendees
- Session recordings (duration varies by event)
- Event-specific community discussions

- Update your email, name, or profile information
- Change your password
- Manage notification preferences
- Update your biography and avatar
Yes! All ticket purchases include a receipt sent to your email. You can also view past transactions in your transactions page.
