5. Refunds and Cancellations

  • No Refund Policy: All ticket purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to event cancellation, personal circumstances, or changes in plans.
  • Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that an event is canceled by Paperganza, we will notify ticket holders and may offer alternative options at our discretion.
  • Cancellation by User: You may cancel your ticket purchase through your account dashboard only if the event has not yet been confirmed. Once an event is confirmed, all sales are final.
  • Dispute Resolution: Any disputes related to ticket purchases must be submitted within 30 days of the event date. We will address disputes in accordance with applicable laws and our policies.

6. Community Forums and User Content

6.1 Community Guidelines
