Event Description
Get ready for something amazing - Craft Roulette is going LIVE! We're bringing our beloved show to life with an immersive three-day crafting experience that combines entertainment, education, and endless creativity.
Your all-inclusive ticket includes:
- A special live taping of Craft Roulette on Friday night, which will be streamed to our online audience
- The In Revue: Mystery Gala Dinner on Saturday night featuring full dinner service and entertainment
- Four crafting classes with industry leaders (two each morning)
- Open crafting time throughout the event - bring your supplies and craft whenever you want!
- A new and FUNN group crafting game on Friday and Saturday afternoon.
- Coffee & pastries on Friday and Saturday mornings
- Sandwiches or salads on Friday and Saturday for lunch
- Hors D'oeuvres bar on Friday night
- Full dinner service on Saturday night
- Thursday evening meet and greet with table setup
- Games, entertainment, and exclusive swag
Your crafting home for the weekend will be at one of our specially designed 'pods' - comfortable eight-person crafting stations where you'll have plenty of room to create. Each pod consists of three rectangular tables configured so everyone has a great view and ample workspace.
We've chosen a perfect venue just minutes from Kansas City International Airport (MCI), with complimentary shuttle service and comfortable rooms. Our reserved room block offers special pricing.
After purchasing your ticket, you'll be able to:
- Choose your crafting pod or let us match you with a group*
- Connect with your podmates to plan your pod's theme and decorations*
- Access our event planning resources and updates*
- Signup for our ride-share finder if you're planning on driving (under construction)*

Terms & Restrictions
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable as funds are allocated toward event costs and materials. While we cannot offer refunds, we offer these options if you're unable to attend:
- Ticket Transfer: You may transfer your ticket to another attendee. Notify us promptly with the new attendee's information to update our records. This is a manual process handled by our team.
- Materials Option: If you cannot attend and are unable to transfer your ticket, we can mail your swag bag after the event for an additional shipping fee (to be determined based on location).
Additional notes
- Notify us of transfer requests at least 48 hours before the event
- Valid ID / digital ticket required at check-in
- All attendees must follow venue safety guidelines
- We reserve the right to modify event details if necessary
- All tickets will be automatically refunded if the event is cancelled. The refund will be processed to your original payment method.
