Event Description
Welcome to Craft Roulette Live - 2026!
Craft Roulette Live is produced by Mary and Stephen from Craft Roulette and Amanda from Pear Blossom Press. Come hang out with us.
We learned a lot at our first event. What worked, what made people light up, what it feels like when this community gets together in person. This time, we're taking everything we've built through Craft Roulette and leveling up.
We've brought in a professional video company to transform the room: a real stage, seven massive screens wrapping around you, and production quality that means there's not a bad seat in the house.
Sue M will be running front of house to keep everything running smoothly. Caitlin A will be managing our virtual attendees, making sure they're taken care of throughout the event. Our whole team will be there to help so you can focus on what matters: creating and connecting.
Our sessions are designed to bring crafting YouTube to life. You won't just watch a tutorial. You'll be in the room with the creators as they work, close enough to see every detail, ask questions, and craft alongside them.
This event also marks a big moment for us: the official launch of Paperganza as a platform, and the debut of our virtual event service for those who can't be there in person.
What's Included
Along with class kits for each session, every attendee will receive a goodie bag jam packed with products from many of our favorite papercrafting companies.
Virtual attendees: ticket sales cut off in mid-July to allow shipping time for your kits and goodie bag to arrive before the event.
After You Register
Once you have your ticket, there will be surveys and tasks to complete in your dashboard. Things like accessibility needs, dietary restrictions, and other details that help us prepare for your arrival. Ticket holders are responsible for providing accurate information before the deadlines posted.
We will send out emails as reminders for important, post-purchase events.
Is This Event Right for You?
This is a social event. You'll be crafting at tables with other attendees, chatting between sessions, and sharing the experience together. Just like the community you know from the live show and the Facebook group.

Terms & Restrictions
Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Refunds are not available.
Ticket Transfers: Tickets can be transferred to another person through your dashboard. Transfers are your responsibility to initiate and complete. Tickets that are not fully paid cannot be transferred. Some information like session preferences will carry over, but personal details like emergency contacts will be cleared and must be completed by the new ticket holder.
Survey Deadlines: Deadlines for surveys and tasks will be listed on each survey page. If no deadline is listed, assume the deadline is one week before the event. Information not submitted by the deadline may not be accommodated.
Photo and Video: This event will be filmed and photographed for our virtual event stream and for use on social media and promotional materials. By attending, you consent to being filmed and photographed.
Age Requirement: Attendees must be 13 years or older. Minors must be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Virtual Goodie Bags + Class Kits: We will ship items with sufficient lead time for standard delivery before the event date. However, we cannot guarantee on-time arrival due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays.
Pricing: All ticket prices include processing fees and shipping handling fees where applicable. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount you will be charged—no hidden fees or additional costs will be added.
Giveaways: There will be separate giveaway pools for the in-person and virtual events.

If we cancel the event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund.
